簡介

  • Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and ensure high service standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and common areas.
  • Change linens, dust furniture, and restock supplies as needed.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report to management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping team to maintain efficiency.


職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of related experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong Customer Relationship Management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept in customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Physically demanding environment with some exposure to cleaning chemicals.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and team player with a positive attitude.
