- Perform cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
- Change linens and replenish amenities as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
- Report maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding role, working in a fast-paced environment, requires flexibility in hours.
