Responsible for ensuring that all site activities comply with safety laws, standards, and company policies. Conducts regular inspections, promotes safe work practices, and helps prevent accidents and injuries at the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with DOLE OSH standards and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox meetings.
• Identify and correct unsafe acts and conditions on site.
• Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and documentation.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safety procedures.
• Lead emergency response and first aid when necessary.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors on safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Must be a COSH-certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher).
• Preferably with experience in construction or field operations.
• Knowledgeable in DOLE-DO198-18 requirements and OSH standards.
• Physically fit and willing to be assigned on-site.
