Develop and manage client relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors across nationwide, promoting Litecrete’s innovative lightweight concrete product.
Achieve sales targets through strategic territory planning, effective lead generation, and consistent follow-through on opportunities.
Contribute to sustainable growth by promoting construction materials that reduce structural weight and environmental impact without compromising strength or quality.

Organize and conduct product presentations and site visits
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Proactively generate leads and grow business opportunities
Preferably with a background in Engineering, Business, or related experience
Construction sales and engineering works experience is an advantage
Preferably good experience with Government projects thru subcontractors
preferably residing in North Luzon and familiar with deep North Manila locations, e.g. Dagupan, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Cagayan Valley, Pangasinan, Ilocos Sur, and Ilocos Norte.
Proven track record in closing construction projects and development winning strategies.
