Actively manage and develop sales pipeline and leads
Close project deals-manage these from start to finish; provide after-sales assistance
Actively seek potential partners/clients using various lead generation strategies such as saturation, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Engage in preliminary discussions with potential partners,laying the groundwork for more formal negotiations
Take qualified leads and establish relationships with architects and interior design partners who can refer clients, ultimately securing signed contracts
Identify opportunities for up selling and cross selling to introduce alternative and complementary products
Maintain accurate records of interactions with partners/clients
Monitor and coordinate accurate, timely production and delivery of contracts
Maintain and nurture partner/client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and paving the way for re-orders and referrals
Perform other duties and other related activities as assigned by the President

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Architecture,Interior Design or related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
Working knowledge of the high-end furniture or real estate market in the Philippines
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Must have a high degree of initiative, independence and flexibility with the ability to think out of the box
Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
