• Present and sell products used in finishing construction materials
• Take over and manage assigned accounts
• Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Achieve sales targets
• Follow and craft detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
• Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

Qualifications

• College graduate or undergraduate of BS Interior Design with background in Civil Engineering
• Preferably has sales experience with construction materials
• Able to negotiate agreements and keep records of sales data
• With knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
• Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
• Enthusiastic and passionate

Work Location

• Boni Ave., cor. San Joaquin St., Mandaluyong

Work Schedule

• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
• 8-hour shift
