Assist all Directors, Sales & Service in their daily transaction work.
Replies & entertains to inquiries regarding Sales & Service related matters.
Attends corporate, sales & services as needed & requested.
Assist Sales & Service Department in conducting product orientation & presentation to clients regarding proper maintenance & operation of products.
Assist in canvassing of pertinent cost from sub-contractors/suppliers/relevant agencies with related to Sales & Services.
Prepares and submits quotation.
Follow-up with clients on the status of quotations submitted and the insurance of purchase orders, sales contract, notice to precede award.
Sources and evaluates quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers and recommend approval of the best offer.
Filling & Preparing all file of pertinent documents on a per project basis.
Establishes and maintains effective relations with end-user/ clients, project consultants, project managers and sub-contractors/suppliers

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a technical or engineering-related industry.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and operations.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and sales reporting systems.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong business acumen and customer-centric approach.
Willing to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
