Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key distributors, retailers, and e-commerce partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and channels within the local and regional market.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage a small cross-functional team and coordinate with HQ on operations, logistics, and finance.



Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales or general management roles within the consumer electronics, storage, or IT hardware industry.
  • Proven track record in channel sales, distributor management, and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian retail and distribution landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
