- Support sales team, handle reports, maintain databases, and assist in client communication.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales meetings.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and coordination abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
