Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process Job Orders and Purchase Orders from clients and internal sales teams.
  • Encode and maintain accurate records of sales transactions in the system.
  • Prepare and issue Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, and other related billing documents.
  • Ensure proper application of prices, discounts, taxes (e.g., VAT), and terms.
  • Monitor the status of orders — from approval to delivery and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, billing, and documentation.
  • Assist the Sales Department in preparing quotations and sales reports as needed.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales and invoice-related records.


Qualifications

  • a degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related course.
  • With 1–2 years of experience in Sales Admin, Billing, or Invoicing roles.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic office software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or order/invoice management platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
