  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
  • Knowledge of WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber, Email (Advantage but not required)

Responsibilities

  • performing administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations
  • inventory management systems.
  • multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • can do GSuite & Microsoft Office
