Qualification:

To over-see the day to day operations of the Sales and Marketing Department where its key thrust involves Brand Management and Product Development.

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management
• Must have at least 3-5 years work-related experience in a food industry on which 2 years is in a supervisory capacity.
• In good health condition.
• Computer Literate
• Willing to work in Valenzuela City.
• Can Start Immediately.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

· Contribute sales and marketing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

· Prepare and complete action plans

· Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

· Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, determine system improvements and implement organizational changes to achieve marketing goals

· Develop and implement sales action plans.

· Coordinate support to sales personnel in creating sales strategies starting with market research, analysis and evaluation, continuing with new proposals and changes, and achieving hundred percent outcomes

Marketing Management

· Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for areas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

· Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share

· Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.

· Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs

· Identify consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities

· Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
