Job Description:

• Develops and executes sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.

• Conducts market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.

• Prepares and delivers presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.

• Collaborates with the operations team to ensure smooth coordination of client requirements.

• Manages company marketing initiatives, including social media, promotional materials, and campaigns.

• Tracks sales performance, prepares reports, and provides insights for business improvement.

• Represents the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry activities.

Requirements:

– College graduate, preferably with a background in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.

– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

– Must be proactive, organized, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

– Sales experience in logistics, freight, or cargo services is an advantage.

– Must have a valid driver’s license.

– Must own a motorcycle (for client visits and fieldwork).

– Willing to work on-site and travel for client meetings when needed.
