• Assist the CEO in daily sales and marketing operations and administrative support.
• Help identify, research, and profile prospective clients across target industries.
• Assist in sending introductory emails, follow-ups, and maintaining communication logs.
• Support business development activities, including lead tracking and data analysis.
• Coordinate and assist in the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition.
• Prepare and update reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.
• Perform ad hoc tasks related to sales, marketing, and client engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times.
• Dayshift Monday to Friday

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• No experience required. Must have knowledge with apollo.io
• Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital and traditional), campaign planning and execution. For example, experience with social media, email marketing, content development.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset: able to interpret data, draw insights, and make recommendations.
• Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant marketing software/tools.
