- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their shopping needs
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and displays
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals
- Stay informed on promotions, policies, and product information
- High school graduate
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
