簡介
- Helping customers find what they need, answering questions about products and making recommendations.
- Handling payments, processing returns and exchanges and issuing receipts.
- Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Inform customers about sales, promotions, and new products.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring a positive experience
- Receiving, restocking and conducting stock counts
- Helping with marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and store promotions.
- Suggesting additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
職位要求
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
