Accurately log, track, and update all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of all current and new products, features, specifications, and applications.
Continuously refine selling skills, negotiation tactics, and consultative approaches through training, coaching, and self-study.
Ensure all sales activities and transactions adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
