- Assess clients' skin care needs and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on skin care routines and best practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and ensure proper application techniques are followed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay up to date with the latest skin care trends and products to provide informed recommendations.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Presentation and public speaking abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Negotiation and sales support experience
- Qualities and Traits: Creative problem solver with a team-oriented mentality
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients
