• Assist in the execution of sales strategies and plans to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong and lasting relationships with dealers, clients, and partners.
• Conduct field visits to monitor dealer activities, market conditions, and competitor movements.
• Support the sales team in tracking performance, preparing reports, and ensuring timely submission of requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing dealer concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in wholesale or field sales, preferably from the automobile or consumer durables industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player, energetic, and willing to do extensive fieldwork.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results.
• Excellent negotiation and dealer relationship management skills.
• Must be an experienced driver with a valid driver’s license.
