JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the attainment of sales targets of assigned concession stores through effective management of manpower, inventory, merchandise and operations.


  • Handles orders of merchandisers and customers endorsed by merchandisers.
  • Timely response and provide accurate information on the company's products and services via phone, messages and email queries. 
  • Provide proposals to retail orders and route to proper internal departments depending on the client’s concern/s on a timely manner.
  • Assist in the Shipping arrangements.
  • Assist after sales and return and exchange items within warranty. 
  • Assessing the effectiveness of different product displays and store layout on sales figures.
  • Ensure that existing product displays have accurate product labels and price tags. 
  • Monitors daily sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month.
  • Prepares and effectively analyzes sales reports of assigned stores, assesses feedback and understands sales trends to recommend solutions.
  • Ensures that assigned stores have accurate inventory by reviewing customer feedback to predict sales trends and seasonal stock demand; Analyzing product performance and establishing the right merchandise mix per store.
  • Developing strategies to ensure the company’s products meet the needs of customers
  • Monitoring competitors to ensure the company has the best product offering.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, Partners and other stakeholders. 
  • Conducts regular audits and spot inspection of inventories.
  • Provides on-the-spot training and coaching of merchandisers when needed.
  • Maintaining client records, tracking sales records and compiling daily and monthly reports.
  • Participating in any required meeting and training.
  • Any other related task assigned by the Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail store, operations or customer service
  • Preferably with knowledge in concession procedures, operations, inventory and merchandise management.
  • Able to work independently and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work overtime during regular days and holidays when required.
  • Willing to travel within the Philippines and be assigned in any branches when required.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be physically fit.
