The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our Sales Division. You will handle the administrative and operational backbone of the team—keeping resources, documentation, reports, and processes organized and on time. Your work allows our Sales Managers and Property Specialists to stay focused on what they do best: serving clients and closing deals.


What You’ll Do

As a Sales Coordinator, you will:

  • Distribute and track memos, administrative documents, and sales updates on time.
  • Assist in preparing, monitoring, and submitting the Sales Operating Budget (SOB) and liquidation reports to Accounting.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all sales documents are complete and accessible.
  • Manage the inventory, tracking, and distribution of sales collaterals (brochures, Reservation Agreements, PBRFs, unit listings, and other promotional materials).
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, minutes of meetings, and weekly/monthly sales performance updates.
  • Provide on-the-ground support during sales events, open houses, PKS, and meetings to ensure smooth execution.

  • Adaptable — can shift priorities quickly as the needs of the Sales Division evolve.


Right Seat (Skills & Experience)

  • At least 1 year experience in administrative support (preferably in real estate sales or operations).
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Basic reporting and data management skills.
  • Familiarity with filing systems, collaterals, and documentation protocols.
