- We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our solar EPC sales team.
- This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations—from handling customer inquiries to preparing quotations and coordinating with technical teams.
- You will be the backbone of our sales process, helping turn leads into projects with precision and professionalism.
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Manage customer records, sales pipeline updates, and documentation through CRM systems
- Coordinate appointments, site visits, and technical evaluations with clients and engineers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, and escalate when necessary
- Monitor the progress of sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal meetings
- Maintain updated knowledge of solar products, pricing, and company offerings
- Support post-sale coordination between sales, engineering, and operations teams
