JOB OBJECTIVES:
Contribute to the overall business targets by generating sales from markets and industries applicable for assigned products and brands.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Achieve or exceed sales targets by generating sales from assigned customers.
Perform various sales activities to generate sales opportunities from assigned customers which include but not limited to the following:
- Identify and develop new customers.
- Perform regular visitations and telemarketing activities to customers
- Gather important information about the current and future requirements, decision makers, and other relevant information.
- Promote complete product solutions suited to customer requirements
- Conduct presentations about the company, products and services.
- Submit and monitor status of quotations and other relevant sales documents.
- Monitor the status of sales leads and projects and performs necessary action.
- Conduct effective negotiation on price, credit term, delivery and product offer.
- Close sales/projects with customers.
- Coordinate complete transaction details with relevant members to be able to serve customer requirements. (Inventory, Sales Coordinator, etc…)
- Customer information (Name, TIN #, Address, etc…)
- Order information (Qty, items, etc…)
Maintain regular customers in order sustain continuous business.
- Communicates regularly with customers for the following key objectives. Communication can be via phone, email or face to face upon customer visit in the store.
- To be updated with their on-going and future requirements and other relevant customer information.
- To provide latest updates on our products, services and/or promotional events.
- To inquire other support they may need such as assistance in the processing of their credit terms.
- To inquire feedback regarding our company’s products and/or services.
- To ask for referrals or leads.
- Attends to pre and post sales requirements/ demands of customers which may include delivery, items and other relevant matters; and if needed, coordinates with General Manager to address issues accordingly and timely.
Supports the sales groups in matters related to product technicalities and specifications.
- Orients and trains new and regular members on products and technical matters.
- Attends to technical inquiries of sales personnel and customers.
Prepare and submit sales related reports as reference of General/Sales Manager in business decision making.
- Prepare accurately and submits timely reports:
- Customer and project status monitoring
- Sales forecast and projects
- Customer concerns
- Others
- Update monthly the customer database.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year engineering graduate Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of (2) years in Sales in Construction Industry
- Experience handling Construction Project, focus on Infrastructure, Power/Water Utilities
- Willing to do field works
