岗位目标
Drive sales of electronic components/power products by developing end customers in Bangalore and surrounding regions. Maintain key accounts, ensure payment collection, and achieve sales targets. As the founding team member, you will spearhead market.
岗位职责
- Business Development & Sales
- Proactively acquire end customers via field visits, calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Drive sales of electronic components/power.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: quoting, negotiation, contracting, order processing, and delivery tracking.
- Achieve/exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Key Account Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with strategic end customers.
- Conduct regular visits to understand project pipelines, demand shifts, and new opportunities.
- Payment & Risk Control
- Monitor accounts receivable (AR), ensure timely collections, and resolve payment issues.
- Market Intelligence
- Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, logistics, finance, and technical teams.
- Office Launch Contribution
- Participate in setting up Bangalore operations and defining go-to-market strategy.
Path to Leadership:
High performers will be promoted to Sales Manager (1–2 years) to recruit and lead the local sales team.
