We’re looking for a Technical Sales Representative based in the Philippines to spearhead the promotion and sales of HVAC automation products, with a focus on  HVAC gateways and building system integration solutions. This role bridges technical product knowledge with sales strategy, making it ideal for someone who understands both engineering and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and grow sales opportunities across Philippines focusing on HVAC contractors, system integrators, consultants, and developers.
• Present, promote, and sell HVAC protocol gateways (BACnet, KNX, Modbus, etc.) and related automation products.
• Provide technical pre-sales support, including site visits, client consultations, and solution design.
• Build strong relationships with existing accounts while developing new ones in commercial, industrial, and residentialsectors.
• Coordinate with internal engineers to deliver accurate, tailor-fit solutions.
• Represent the company at local trade shows, expos, and technical seminars.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving technologies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), HVAC Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, BMS, or controls systems.
• Solid understanding of building automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX, DALI, etc.).
• Familiarity with  IoT gateways or other integration platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
• Self-driven, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits, trainings, and site support.
• Background in working with MEP consultants, system integrators, or construction firms.
• Knowledge of IoT applications in building management.
• Experience with technical proposal writing or AutoCAD system layout is a plus.
