職位描述

The Solutions Architect/Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for generating new leads and converting them into opportunities within the industrial automation industry. This role requires the candidate to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, increase the value of current customers, and drive new business acquisition to achieve monthly sales quotas.


  • Contacting potential clients and arranging meetings to create rapport.
  • Communicate with customers, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Increasing the value of leads and current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Lead generation.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas.
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Instrumentation or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solutions Architect or Inside sales within the industrial automation industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good leadership and team working skills.
