簡介

We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong background in design, architecture, or construction—someone who understands what it means to deliver quality and aesthetic value to discerning clients. This role focuses on managing and selling mid to high-end residential or commercial projects, where attention to detail and a strong grasp of design standards are a must.

You will operate mostly in the field, meeting clients and managing sales pipelines, with minimal reporting to HQ (once a month). Ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, client-facing roles, and representing premium-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and close deals for mid to high-end construction and design projects
  • Understand and present project offerings in a professional, design-conscious manner
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors
  • Guide clients through the consultation and selection process
  • Manage project inquiries from initial contact to final turnover
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Coordinate closely with the technical and design teams to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
  • Occasionally report to HQ and eventually work in the BGC showroom

Qualifications

  • Based in Metro Manila and open to field work
  • Background in interior design, architecture, construction, or related industries
  • Experience in selling or managing mid to high-end projects
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Confident, professional, and client-facing
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Experience or understanding of Italian kitchen systems is a plus
  • Willing to report monthly in Ortigas Ave. Extension, Taytay and open to future transfer to BGC showroom
