Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as Sales Manager in construction finishing materials or product is required for this position (Tiles, wood flooring, Modular Cabinets and closets)
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and can work under pressure
Experience in customer relationship management.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead sales team
Can drive and has a Philippine Driver's License
Job Description:
Managing Company’s sales by developing marketing and business plan
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
Coordinating with sales team on lead generation
The ongoing training of your salespeople
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
Product presentation with Architectural and design firms, developers and contractors
