- Develop and implement sales strategies for retail IT solutions (e.g., POS systems, ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the retail sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies, contract terms, and customer service standards.
