  • As an Agency Manager, you are responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. 

職位要求

  • Individuals who are open to take the role for part-time/full-time
  • Must have at least 5 years of working experience
  • Holding supervisory or managerial position in other sales industry (e.g., real estate, non-life , telecom and etc.) for at least 3 years
  • Directly managing at least 5 people
  • Has strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
  • Okay for a commission-based compensation and a work from home set-up with flexible schedule
