A. Market Research and Analysis (Business Development)
Designs and executes market analysis to determine market trends, changing demands and requirements of the target market.
Solicits feedback on products and services and relays information to superior for input on product development - annual performance survey for TAWI/Quadsys and end of project survey for Easyhomes;
Makes recommendations on product improvements based on feedback of clients;
Prepares sales forecast based on reliable assumptions;
Prepares budget for the marketing and sales department, monitors consumption vs. budget;
Approves the weekly itinerary of the sales team,
Leads and supervises new product launches;
Prepares feasibility studies and facilitates new products’ market testing
Leads staff in the development of marketing strategies and marketing paraphernalia
B. Sales and Account Management Functions
Shall function as a “playing coach”;
Ensures every client presentation is relevant, updated, and engaging;
Setting of itineraries every Monday ensuring productive client visits/meetings every time;
Attends to client inquiries, requests and concerns;
Negotiates with clients on price, commercial terms and service package inclusions;
Prepares cost-benefit analysis for marketing and sales blitz
Leads sales staff in prospecting, searching for prospective clients, setting client meetings, introducing products and services by phone or directly in person; and conducting sales blitz when warranted;
Conducts sales presentations, ensuring productive closing of sales;
Facilitates timely submission of requirements in commercial bids;
Takes efforts to maintain good relationships with clients, conducts effective probing, inquires about client concerns, and attends client calls with the sales team;
Prepares pricing computations, quotations and proposals, in coordination with the Quantity Surveyor (for Easyhomes), Senior Plant Manager/ Operations Manager (for Trans-Asia Wood, Inc. and Quadsys, Inc.);
Coordinates with the Senior PIC/ Construction Manager (for Easyhomes, Inc.) and Operations Manager (for all companies) regarding the requirements or concerns of clients
Enforces aligned sales strategies and regularly report on sales performance;
Translates client purchase orders to production job orders cascade to production, logistics and construction
Monitors execution of job orders and ensures alignment in all requirements / specifications in deliveries and construction;
Manages the on-going long-term contracts of all clients (especially for Pallet Rentals) and facilitates contract renewals or repeat orders;

Ensures alignment of contracted agreements with client vis-à-vis execution of projects and policies;
Negotiates with client on troubleshooting scenarios that necessitate deviations from agreements;
Leads group monthly sales meetings to recalibrate action items to achieve goals.
