簡介
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the design team and sales support team to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings to align priorities and deadlines.
Design & Technical Support
- Oversee preparation of design concepts, 3D renderings, layouts, and technical drawings for client presentations.
- Ensure accuracy, functionality, and feasibility of designs before handover to production.
- Collaborate with the sales team to translate client requirements into workable design solutions.
Sales Coordination
- Supervise sales coordinators in handling quotations, order processing, client communications, and documentation.
- Ensure proper tracking of sales transactions, project timelines, and follow-ups.
- Maintain effective communication between sales, production, logistics, and other departments.
Marketing Oversight
- Oversee marketing activities such as social media content, promotional materials, and event coordination.
- Ensure marketing campaigns align with company branding and sales objectives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline sales support processes.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data accuracy for sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management review.
職位要求
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in sales support, design supervision, or related roles, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in the office and home furniture industry is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of interior design processes, CAD operations, and furniture production.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
- Results-oriented and detail-focused.
Work Conditions
- Office-based with occasional site visits for project inspections or client presentations.
- May require extended hours to meet project and sales deadlines.
