- We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our client’s team in Pasay City. This role is ideal for someone who will drives revenue growth by managing client accounts, building relationships, and selling trading products/services to meet sales targets and market demands.
New Account Opening & Business Development:
- Prospect and generate leads for potential new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Present company products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating their value and benefits.
- Negotiate and close new account agreements, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Sales Targets:
- Achieve and surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for new account acquisitions and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasting.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring all client interactions and progress are accurately documented.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, product, and finance, to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with new accounts to foster long-term partnerships and potential for future sales.
