- Recruit and Train high performing property consultants or agents
- Maintain a set of 5 Property Consultants
- Resolves agent's and client's issues
- Deliver at least 5 unit reservations per month
- Candidate must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker or licensed/accredited real estate salesperson
- More than 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Longer tenure from previous developers
- Has a minimum set of high-performing property consultants with sales experience.
- Has own social media platforms for Advertising (Property consultants must have their own Facebook Pages too)
- Preferably lives in Pasig or nearby cities
