We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting premium electric motorcycles to corporate clients and fleet operators in Hong Kong. This role is instrumental in expanding our footprint within the commercial mobility sector by building strong business relationships, driving revenue growth, and supporting clients in transitioning to sustainable electric vehicle solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive or fleet sales, strong business acumen, and experience working with corporate and government clients. You will be expected to take strategic conversations and transform them into clear proposals, documentation, and execution-ready plans.
WORKING HOURS
- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Hong Kong Time
- 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday) Hong Kong Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with corporate, fleet, and government clients interested in electrifying their transportation.
- Develop and execute tailored B2B sales strategies that align with organizational goals and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to potential clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and drive deals through the entire sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
- Build and refine sales processes and SOPs, ensuring structured, repeatable sales workflows.
- Monitor market trends, corporate activity, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and negotiations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on pipeline status, forecasts, and client feedback.
- Uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism in all communications and documentation.
- Make decisions and act in ways that prioritize the company's long-term welfare, sustainability, and strategic direction.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven experience as a B2B or Fleet Sales Executive, with a successful track record in developing corporate accounts.
- Proven ability to manage corporate and government accounts and navigate long sales cycles.
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, both spoken and written.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong English and Chinese written and verbal skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license is advantageous but not required.

- 建立及優化銷售流程及標準作業程序,確保銷售流程有系統及可重複執行。
- 監察市場趨勢、企業動向及政策變化,以發掘新商機。
- 代表公司參與會議、活動及商業談判,維持專業形象。
- 定期向高層管理層提交商機狀況、銷售預測及客戶反饋報告。
- 所有對外溝通及文件需保持高水平的準確性及專業度。
- 所有決策及行動均應以公司長遠利益、可持續發展及策略方向為依歸。
資格及技能要求
- 具B2B或車隊銷售經驗,並在拓展企業客戶方面有良好業績紀錄。
- 能獨立管理企業及政府客戶,並處理長周期的銷售流程。
- 擅長簡報、談判及客戶關係管理。
- 能操流利粵語及英語,包括書寫及會話。
- 自我驅動、以成果為導向,能在壓力下保持表現。
- 良好組織能力,能兼顧多項工作並注重細節。
- 中英文書寫及口語能力俱佳。
- 有汽車行業經驗者優先考慮。
- 持有有效電單車駕駛執照者為佳,惟非必需條件。
