We are seeking a Sales Manager who will lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure KPIs and sales targets are consistently achieved. The role requires a strong sales leader who can combine strategic vision with hands-on team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring strong daily supervision and performance coaching
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs to ensure conversion goals and sales objectives are consistently met
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies for optimal results
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives
Qualification and requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in luxury consumer goods, high-end products, property development, or related industries
- Proven ability to drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts
- Experience selling to B2C (high-net-worth individuals) as well as B2B (business and commercial clients)
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and implementing effective growth strategies
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team
- Highly data-driven and KPI-focused, with a strategic mindset toward revenue growth
Non-negotiable skills & requirements:
