Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience in investment institutions BD, public chain / major project marketing, media business development, VC post-investment, or project-side marketing.
- Experience in media or incubators is a strong plus (e.g., Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Mango Labs), especially in project incubation, investment, or business development roles.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Possess mature product sales solutions, along with KOL agency resources and media service resources.
- Responsible for ecosystem expansion and business negotiations, establishing direct partnerships with major public chains and top-tier projects, while identifying and sourcing new project opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of business development experience, with preference for candidates who have media BD, VC post-investment, or project-side marketing backgrounds.
- At least 1 year of hands-on Web3 experience (SocialFi / DeFi / NFT sectors preferred).
- Demonstrated successful Web3 partnership cases (e.g., DApp integration, cross-chain collaboration, community co-building).
- Strong English proficiency, able to independently communicate with clients and KOLs to drive execution.
- Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in following through on tasks end-to-end.
