Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to maximize performance and achieve goals.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
Manage the sales pipeline, track sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with product development, customer service, and other departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience
Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.
Prepare and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations in all sales and marketing efforts

Bachelor's degree graduate
Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
Proficient in business management software
Minimum of 6 years in a managerial role, preferably in animal or pharma industry
