1. Define Sales Goals: Identification of the sales target performance (monthly, quarterly, and yearly) which is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
2. Analyze Historical Data: Review past sales data to understand trends patterns and areas of improvement.
3. Consider Market Conditions: Considering industry trends and competitive landscape that will impact sales performance.
For Marketing
4. Create and improve strategies to Increase brand visibility and awareness through varying marketing campaigns.
5. Generating leads and converting them into customers.
6. Improving customer retention and loyalty through engaging marketing initiatives.
On the 5th month to substantiate eligibility to confirm the regular position you will also perform the following;
1. Actively lead in the goal-setting process to ensure buy-in and motivation.
2. Setting Individual Sales Targets aligns with the objectives a realistic target yet realistic.
3. Regularly monitor sales performances provide feedback and adjust targets if necessary.
4. Enhancing online presence and digital, marketing efforts.
5. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
6. Measuring the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results.
