簡介

  • The Product Specialist will play a crucial role in managing product inventory and supporting sports marketing and brand communications campaigns. This position requires a blend of onsite and remote work, withthe flexibility to be present at the office on delivery days. 
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage product inventory for sports marketing and brand communications campaigns, including ordering stock, receiving products, and dispatching deliveries.
  • Prepare ROS (Return on Sales) reports and stock reports.
  • Oversee the product release calendar to ensure timely launches.
  • Handle product samples, ensuring they are properly cataloged and distributed.
  • Communicate with channels and warehouses for delivery transfers.

職位要求

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in business-level English and Filipino.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sports marketing and brand communications is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
