As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
You’ll engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and drive sales while maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Greet customers, answer their questions, and enhance engagement with merchandise.
Provide outstanding customer service and achieve established sales goals.
Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
Increase in-store sales through product recommendations and promotions.
Maintain superior product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-sell products to enhance purchases.

At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Retail sales experience is an advantage.
Pleasing appearance and professional demeanour.
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Willing to be assigned in MANGO boutique in either of the following stores: Ayala Cebu, SM Seaside or SM City Cebu
