簡介

  • Conduct outbound calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice retailers
  • Sell promotions, core distribution, seasonal items, and new products
  • Meet call volume, talk time, and sales quota targets
  • Use effective sales techniques, including negotiation and objection handling
  • Achieve sales goals within assigned and backup territories
  • Communicate product, marketing, and promotional info to retailers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide feedback to support future promotions and sales planning
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices
  • Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven team environment

職位要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Major in Sales/Marketing/Communications;
  • At least 3 year's experience in a Telesales or Telemarketing position;
  • Experience in a Retail and Consumer Products environment is a plus;
  • Exceptional proven selling skills; great command of the English Language;
  • Proficient in MS Excel Pivot & Vlookup and other MS Office tool;
  • Familiar with Salesforce, an advantage;
  • Keen attention to detail;
  • Proactive and Self-driven.
