- Assist and respond to customer inquiries (online or offline), identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and complete the sales process.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely delivery, and that customers receive the correct products.

- Ensure that the showroom displays are aesthetically pleasing, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean environment.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

We Require:

- Sales or customer service experience (experience in home décor or online sales is preferred).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in Malay & English, Mandarin and Tamil is an added advantages

- Experience with e-commerce operations or online sales tools is a plus.

- Teamwork, a positive attitude, cheerful personality, and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

- Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD.
