The Site Assistant acts as the ambassador in promoting the project and units to clients. Duties involve presentation of the project to walk-in clients as well as assisting in the viewing of the model unit & deliverable unit, monitors site activity including the walk-in count & condition of the model unit/deliverable unit. He/She is responsible for the presentation and promotion of the project onsite.

Client Handling & Sales Support

• Receive walk-in clients and assign to sellers following the slotting process.
• Present project details to clients when sellers are not immediately available.
• Present projects to clients endorsed by Project Development or 3rd party brokers.
• Endorse inquiries (walk-in, phone-in, email) to the assigned sellers.
• Act as concierge by welcoming all guests at the

Sales Lounge. Sales & Project Development Support

• Assist business development in ensuring smooth operations of Show suites.
• Assist brokers in presenting projects to their clients.

Show suites & Sales Lounge Operations

• Ensure that model units and common areas are always presentable.
• Oversee efficient Sales Lounge operations, including pantry and toilet supplies.
• Report issues on maintenance, security, and incidents at the Show suites to Project Development.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance concerns with Project Development.

Marketing & Events Assistance

• Assist the Marketing Officer/Assistant in event preparation and set-up.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor and prepare reports for all walk-in, phone-in, and email inquiries.
• Prepare weekly reports of walk-in prospects or call-ins, including demographics and source.
• Conduct monthly inventory of furniture and accessories.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on weekends
• Willing to be assigned at Brentville - Laguna
