Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through online marketing platforms.
Present product details clearly, addressing client questions and offering tailored recommendations.
Collect and document customer information for lead tracking and future follow-ups.
Educate clients about current promotions, limited time offers, and product bundles.
Share a clear checklist of service requirements and provide step-by-step guidance on how to proceed.
Conduct verification calls to confirm information provided by potential customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and encourages conversion.
Assist in finalizing customer agreements, ensuring all required documents are submitted.

Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college-level or graduate preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (BPO/chat-based experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
Comfortable using online platforms, especially Facebook Messenger and similar tools
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client conversations at once.
Willingness to learn product knowledge and continuously improve performance.
Professional, patient, and customer-first attitude.
Creating quotations and invoices for clients in our online CRM platform
Knowledgeable in solar or solar industry is a plus
