Job Description:

We are looking for a Non-Voice Sales Representative who will handle client communication via chat, email, and messaging platforms. The role focuses on responding to customer inquiries, recommending products/services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and messaging apps in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate product and service information to assist clients with their purchase decisions.
• Convert inquiries into sales by identifying customer needs and offering the right solutions.
• Handle order processing, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and support) to ensure smooth transactions.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• At least [6 months or 1 years] experience in sales, BPO, or e-commerce (non-voice preferred).
• Strong written communication skills (grammar, spelling, and tone).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, e-commerce platforms, or chat systems is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales KPIs.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
