Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking
Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing clients
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential customers
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for promotional strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture (for agri sales), or a related field
Proven experience in sales (at least 1–2 years preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and target-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
With driver’s license is an advantage (especially for fieldwork roles)
Willing to travel and work on-site as needed
