We are looking for a Client Growth Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow in sales, marketing, and business development, while being exposed to both IT/EduTech solutions and digital creative services.

Role Overview

As a Client Growth Associate, you will play a key role in helping us expand our client base across software consulting, EduTech solutions, and creative services. You will support both sales (prospecting, outreach, client engagement) and marketing (campaigns, social media, video content support) efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience in client acquisition, social media marketing, and creative project support.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Research potential clients, industries, and partnerships.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and leads.
• Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

Sales Support

• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for IT, EduTech, and creative services.
• Support in scheduling and following up on client meetings.
• Document client interactions and maintain CRM records

Marketing & Creative Support

• Assist in managing social media content for QT Solutions, UpSkillNowPH, and KF Studio.
• Collaborate on video editing projects by providing content support and reviewing outputs.
• Support the creation of case studies, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Collaboration

• Work closely with the leadership team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Provide feedback and ideas for growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
• Basic knowledge or interest in video editing and digital marketing is a plus.
• Comfortable with online research and productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office).
• Eagerness to learn about IT consultancy, EduTech, and digital creative services.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
