- Answers interactions from hotline, social media or email Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
職位要求
- Fresh graduates can be accepted, but must have a background during the internship
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field (Non-negotiable for Undergraduate).
- Has a Background in inbound and outbound calls.
- College-level and computer literate.
- Proven experience in sales and relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven
