• Promotes products and services of the company to target clients
• Generates new lease/loan business from existing and new clients while maintaining acceptable portfolio quality and aligned with the profit goals and business plans of the company
• Maintains good, profitable and mutually beneficial relationship with clients and business partners
• Ensures all transaction, including other requests of clients related to it are handled properly, following existing policies and procedures (including compliance to regulatory policies and procedures), and that requirements are complied with throughout its lifecycle
• Coordinate with team members, other departments and business partners for assistance in the fulfillment of client transactions
• Identify/understands risks, executes actions to manage and control risks as a frontline risk owner in the organization
• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of a 4-year business related course
• With 2–3 years of experience in sales in the field of banking or any financial institution ideally within leasing industry
• With sales promotional skills
• Must be residing in Davao City or Cagayan de Oro City
• Willing to undergo training in Makati City for a duration of 1–2 months (Accommodation provided by employer)
• Proficient in speaking and understanding various dialects commonly used in the Mindanao region
• Preferably able to drive and holds a valid driver’s license (not required)
